Woah, it's captivating in a surreal style that Dali and the other surrealists wouldn't have imagine. The colors are well contrasted it gives the feeling that everyone will die soon but no one has the urge to tell them. Great Job

It's scary and yet, at the same time, very calming. We're taught to regard skeletons, bones, and death itself as things to be feared, but this depiction, with your soft lighting and warm colors, portrays death through older eyes, as not entirely to be dreaded. Nice job.

Now this really IS a new spin on Hansel and Gretel! They're much older. The witch has obviously died and decayed and gotten larger. The gingerbread house has devolved down into a pile of cookie crumbs!

I really like this. Makes me think of the only certainty in life, that is death, and old age is edging closer to it, the blind man may be an image for blind faith and yes, the shadows are birds, yes this I like.

Really adore this painting.
I love the old man in this especially, even though it's sad that as a blind man he is being lead to death without even knowing it. Dig the shadows too, the birds make a unique and different touch, but in a good way of course.
