This little boy named Richie is about to make someone very happy. His photo was posted on a national data base for adoptable pets for less than one day. Someone hundreds of miles away contacted the shelter. She begged to be able to adopt him as he looks like a cat she recently lost to advanced age and illness. What a special gift for both of them. He gets a home and she gets a new companion. I wish them both the very best.Related content

She's kinda dumb. Like if she falls off something she doesn't try to land on her feet, she just falls. Then, she has really bad depth perception and misjudges jumps all the time. She doesn't seem to hold the illusion of grandeur that most cats do.

That's too cute. I have one that is so cross-eyed that it amazes me how he manages. He sometimes will go running through the house and crash into a wall.

She better check on how animals are treated. It is possible that they may be in an unheated area. Even worse woule be in an unpressurized compartment.

I suggested that she only use an airline that will let you bring the cat on board. They have to be under the seat but the cat is small so it wouldn't be a problem.

I suggest that she contact the airline and find out what size "carry on luggage" is the largest that fits. Delta has the smallest upper limit. I had to go down a size in my back pack camera case to fit their limit. She then has two chances to find a carrier small enough (where she is and in your area).
