Description Β No offense to our British viewers, but I had to do this one.
Now it looks like the Foxes are getting some payback, Now, where in heck did they get a Diesel powered proto-mech? From the Royal Marines?
Fox folk do have their ways.

As one of your British viewers, no offense taken, if this was what fox hunting really was, then I'd actually support it!
Fortunately, it was banned a good decade or so again. Unfortunately, the current bunch of *censored* in charge seem to want it back...Β

Anyway. Speaking of Fox Hunting.. this is *always* worth a listen..Β

We all, human and animal, share this precious Earth.Β

You're most welcome, I'm so glad you enjoyed it That tune always brings me to the point of tears, the shear emotion Kelly puts into the lyrics is phenomenal!

And that, my friend, is a feeling that I entirely agree with!

Nothing like karmic justice for those despicable hunters and their traditional sport. Granted, the foxes wouldn't stoop to their same level of cruelty, but they can still have fun scaring the hell outta those pathetic riders with such high-tech weaponry. As a Brit, this one finds it hilarious.Β Β

It's the classist wastefulness and unnecessary cruelty I find so offensive.Β  (like I said to one of our fellow D.A.-ers using Oscar Wilde's quote ; " The unspeakable in pursuit of the inedible" )
Growing up in the South I had many friends and family members who hunted. They were not a bunch of "Bambi killers" but people who had a deep respect for their prey, the land they hunted on, and their fellow hunters.

It's the rich idiot trophy hunters that annoy me ( They just take the head for a trophy and leave the rest of the poor creature to rot.)
Β Idiots. (at least the Buzzards won't go hungry.) Such a waste!

When we were going through some tough times some of my Daughter's friendsΒ  (who hunted) gave us a bunch of venison burger patties and wild hog sausages that got us through a rugged winter. (we ate like Robin Hood and King Arthur for weeks!)

I don't hate hunters, just the wasteful fools who treat nature like she was their" bitch".

Some years ago when I was channel surfing on the T.V.Β  I caught one of those outdoorsman shows, In it an old gent and his family were hunting wild pigs (Fla./ Georgia border, that's DEEP South) and when the hunt was over the old fellow knelt and said ;"Lord , bless the spirit of this animal who lost his life and bless his meat that will feed my family."
That is a true huntsman! Not those spoiled silly rich fools.

That brings to mind the Red Indians after a successful buffalo hunt, always thanking the Great Spirit for the hunt, and asking for the buffalo's forgiveness, with the promise that nothing is wasted, which they did with the meat, organs, hide, bones, etc. Sounds like you had a very challenging period to have friends do hunting for you, but grateful they were skilled at such and made sure nothing was wasted in their kills. But since this is the 21st century, there's little need for such nowadays, and we need to be more perceptive of the value of life, whether to our fellow beings, or to our friends, the animals.

I always liked what Oscar Wilde said about Fox Hunting; "The unspeakable in pursuit of the inedible."
Why can't they do like the Irish and Scots and have a "wild ride "( sort of the horseman's version of B.M.X, where no prey is involved, just the bragging rights of who has the best horse.)
Fox hunters, phooey on them.

They are lovely folk. I can see why Native Americans respected them as messengers of the Grandfather spirit and tricksters who bedeviled the wicked. Such lovely creatures.
