A very nice collection of items, given the detail and engraving of the shield and axe and the mere presence of a sword this is obviously a wealthy land-owner or a Jarl's equipment. Sadly the bow and the small knife are a little out of place for a Viking. The knife is a typical dagger from the 12th century and what little evidence we have of bows from the 8th-11th century show straight limbed longbows of varying sizes while the reflex bow depicted here are seen in the late 12th century in the middle-east and Asia at the earliest.
Still the axe, shield, helmet, horn and sword all bear clear distinctive traits of norse design, good work mate.

Your right and if I had put more thought into this image I would not have included those weapons that are "out of place".
Thanks for your comment.

Thanks for your comment, most people that have favored or commented on this image say the same thing.
The shield isn't really typical of actual Viking shields of the time, so to added some Celtic knot work. This I think, gave it a more Viking like appearance.
All the surviving examples of Viking shields are made from wood.

Thanks, I used the same shield in the image I made of "Hugin and Munin".
The link is only a little info for those interested. I'm happy you enjoyed both the link and my image.
