Autumn in Belvoir Forest Park, Belfast, Northern Ireland, November 2007. This was one of my first shots of this tree, which I have often revisited and photographed many times.

Late in the afternoon, shortly before sunset, the low autumn light shone perfectly across this tree.

(Reworked from scratch - 21 August. This version is a bit brighter and sharper, but hopefully hasn't lost the impact of the original.)
