quiet (almost mute), super shy, kind of stubborn, pacifist, sly, fast

facts-
-he lives alone in a nuclear wasteland
-he is the only one to survive/live in the wasteland because of being fixed up with robotic parts
-his big brother fixed him up with the parts before he went off to war, so that if they lost Oliver would still survive
-Oliver makes robots, and gives them life, to keep him company
-he collects clocks because he is always waiting for his brother to return
-he lives in the mountains, which is the only place in the wastelands that you can see the stars from
-loves the stars,, especially making new constellations
