Description
I did a 10 minutes shoot with a friend after we went for a Schnitzel dinner
It was almost dark and the light was very soft, so great for portraitsI've always wanted to try a new editing technique using the wavelet transformation in gimp to emphasize freckles

Both the color and shape of her eyes are incredible. The soft light worked well, so you could capture all the detail from the color of the eyes without being washed out. And her smile is very powerful too, very real -- warm and sincere. Okay, and her hair, long and thick is always nice for portraits. Something about a girl with a big smile and freckles...

God I love freckles. I think too many people try to cover them up. She is gorgeous, and those freckles with that wavelet technique just pop. Great shot!
