Great job on the likeness, but I agree with more shading on the hair and just in the shaded areas period. It would really add some drama and intensity to your piece.

Oh lovely! really good I can really feel how difficult the hair was :S I've drawn so many portraits of people myself too, but never had drawn so difficult hair I know it's not very easy to draw hair, so I respect you
