My first painted converse shoes. Hopefully I did a decent job.I've been working on these for a little while and finally got them finished. Decided to paint a Sgt Frog/Keroro Gunso design on them, so that I can advertise my love of the show on my feet. lol
So I hope ya like'em. Sorry that my camera kinda sucks...
I do not own Sgt Frog/Keroro Gunso or any of the characters.

I used a t-shirt, fabric paints and brushes. Though, acrylic paint works for it too.

lol it would be so cool to have some. I used to wear these to school, but the paint started to crack since I didnt put any sealer on them. Next time I paint some shoes, they will be much much better.

I just took old, normal black converse and painted them. You can get them at any shoe shop or placecarrying shoes. Mine are from target.

5 Men's / 7 Women's / 5 UK / 37.5 EUR / 24 CM is what the size thing says on the tongue of the shoe.
(whichever one you look at for size, just typing it all down. lol)
They are worn out and starting to crack, so they probably wouldn't be a good or expensive buy either way.
lol Maybe in the near future, though, I'll make a paypal account for myself and open up to selling newer, better custom painted shoes along with my magnets, prints, plushies, ect. ^^

haha, I didnt know if you wanted THESE or something awesomer. Yay, fun to make your own! ^w^ Alright, for supplies you`ll need: a pair of shoes (perferrably two of the same type. lol), either acrylic paint or fabric paint, sharpies (optional), a peice of paper, and a pencil (or white pencil or something similar if using black/dark shoes). 1) Take paper and pencil and come up with design. planning is good! 2) take pencil or sharpie and lightly sketch design on shoes. 3) take paints/sharpies (whatever you have picked) and carefully paint on your design. this takes the longest, but just hang in there. its best to go one color at a time with the paints so that they arent drying up and being wasted as you switch around. 4) When all the painting is finished and dried, i would suggest going over it with a type of varnish. it`ll prevent cracks and make it waterproof. 5) when their finished and perfectly dry, snap awesome pictures, send said pics to Haru Kitsu on DA and then strut around town with artsy frog shoes! :3
