Before I continue I want to clarify that this isn't Bowsette, this is Peacher (Peach wearing the Koopa Crown).
The crown only works on non Koopa/Koopalings. All the crown does is give you Bowser's features like his red hair, spiked shell, claws, horns, fire abilities etc. the rest of the features still revolve around the character wearing it.
