Description
A much more "just chilling/slice of life" doodle of these two cutie patooties, after we had been talking about what they might do if they're just, well, chilling around eachother, but just doing their own thing type deal. So since Meru likes to tinker with and make necklaces and jewelry out of gemstones (and coral, rocks and shells, but seems he doesn't have those around atm), so he's studying/looking over some gemstones he's acquired, and is trying to find out which ones will work best I imagine, depending on what he wants to make I suppose!

Meanwhile a much less productive Phyress is having a lunch break and is using the focused Meru as a comfortable cushion to lean up against, while enjoying herself some fresh peaches! Could be they had just been out collecting the gems for Meru, when she decided that y'know, food is pretty good, so she grabbed some extra things to snack on back home <:
I'm sure he can have one if he wants though, she's not gonna hoard them all :'D

All of that background info aside, I'm absolutely loving hos this turned out! They both look incredibly and I'm looooving the shading and lighting, it's soooo prettyyyy! And their expressions are lovely too, with Meru being super focused while Phyress is just stuffing her face all "yes this peach is made of good"
