Oh nooo, Phyress what have you done to get yourself in this predicament ??? And how will you ever get out of it ?
So in case you're curious, this is the result of a stupid idea of mine (big surprise I know, a stupid idea wow, how original of me!) wherein since Phyress has fur and I decided that as a result, she likely grooms herself, you know, like cats, dogs etc, with her tongue, that she's probably extend that behavior onto her SO/Mates, you know, as a sign of affection, bonding, love etc, all that good stuff. And it's kinda cute, let's be honest.
But, as you might have figured out by now, and that caught her a bit off guard, to put it mildly, is that uh, Meru doesn't really have fur for her to groom, so she would have gotten a few licks in before stopping abruptly, with the wonderfully confused expression Kaspar drew, pondering what is going on, and possibly the meaning of life and such :'D

She'll figure out what went wrong eventually, I'm sure of it. You can do it, I believe in you!

Meru is just kinda confused, it's possible he was enjoying it when she just stopped, so he's all "uuh, hello ? Earth to Phyress, anyone home ? Why did you stop, that was nice :<" :'D

That all being said, I absolutely love how this turned out, my friend did an absolutely incredible job with it, and I'm super happy with it. The beans both look gorgeous and Phyress' expression just cracks me up with those gear wheels, you can almost see the loading screen she's staring at :'D

The background is also just breathtaking, and makes it even better, because it makes me imagine they might have been out for a late night stroll, and decided to cuddle up a bit, and then this happened, much to Meru's confusion :'D
