DRAWN in 2017 for a submission I did. Below is the text I wrote back then that I included with the drawing.
Firefox- Drawn specifically for my breath, I’d wanted to draw something less “human”. I have always been fascinated by dramatic climaxes in stories and was inspired after seeing a cartoon which took place in a forest which got in fire (and also by the browser Firefox). In this drawing, I wanted to show “life” inside of something presumably dead, such as a forest fire where everything is basically dying and being burned. I honestly took a lot of time doing the background, especially since I wanted to achieve a perfect texture for a “unique” forest which gives out the vibe that it may burn in a fire.
