Description Nothing too special, just a shot of my Chevelle's "Bow Tie".
Spent a few hours detailing it so it's nice and clean now.

Hell yeah, notice how I kept mine? Thats right I like the clean look of the SS but I love the grille trim on the Malibu.

Awesome! Way to represent the Bow Tie. That's sweet, I wanted to make a belt out of the old school plastic ones that were on the 50s era cars. That would be sweet. lol. Thanks again for the fav.

i got mines in a market in San Antonio for 10 bucks. heck yeh, get one of the large emblems from back in the day, that would be sweet.

One of my favorite car emblems of all time
I knew this was right after you had detailed too...
The blue works so well with the orange of your car
And way to avoid any reflection of yourself and your camera

your pictures have some pretty powerful angles and points of focus, thats one of the key elements in your pics coming out really eyecatching.

having the gradual blur, starting from the centre of the grill and progressing further to the right on the pic, helps to put more focus on the badge, which is sharp looking in contrast.

your detailing efforts pay off here, i never knew the badge was that detailed, and it has nice reflections on the chrome parts, helps it stand out even more.

Ha! For whatever reason, I never considered it a 'bowtie'. Nice.

When I was little, the Chevy symbol used to facinate me. Something about the blue plastic. Nice shot. The orange and blue together are very eye catching.
