Description Scene from Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. You can't really.. NOT love this movie. Even if you have to hate it for making you cry.
Gouache on Moleskine standard sketchbook pages.

Edit: Oh and hahah a clipping of the scene is taped there because my painting of Jim Carey.. he looked like a corpse. It was a place marker but I liked it there eventually.

this is really neat..when you use gouache though - do you find it similar to acrylic paints? i've always wanted to use it, but didn't know if it would much different

I very much prefer it over acrylic in most situations! It works similarly, except that it's a bit more difficult to get raised texture. But it's worked great with the things I add into it, I'd definitely recommend trying it out.
