Alright, here it is.What the fuck? What am I on? Seriously! I need to blame someone for this.
I don't even like the style of the World of Warcraft dragons, but Deathwing...what made me draw him?
Okay, I'm gonna say my little thing. This is what Serio Ferrel said in Game of Thrones...

Yes, this is what we say to Deathwing, not today.
Who's the two humans standing in defiance before him, holding hands, as if they are ready to accept death? Make up your own plot!

You know, I'm a Starcraft fan, right? Damn you Blizzard. Love to ship this image to them.
Is it me or does Deathwing look like a draconic version of an evil Jay Leno? It's that CHIN! I hate that CHIN! Reminds me of GINO too much.

Great job depicting his size, from the books i read, (BEFORE Cata or WotLK and the proportions looked screwed up) The Aspects were IMMENSE. Like, Deathwing was the largest of the five, and all of them were absolute monoliths.

It's funny; I didn't recognize this dragon, because I don't play WoW, but my first thought was, "Awesome!" and my second thought was, "Wtf is with that chin!?"

Don't blame me for the chin, that's what Blizzard designed him with. Someone there said he would look great with a metal Jay Leno chin.

I don't think Deathwing's attraction is in his physical design, but in his background and story. An almost god-like character that fell so far from grace. Always makes for some delicious lore.
That said, this is a great drawing! You captured his pure size and menacing posture well.

I didn't draw him because of the lore. I drew him because of the design because he was the only design from WoW that actually cemented to me as a serious dragon design.
Same reason why I liked Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. Her dragon design looked like a serious dragon that was imposing.

Indeed. I've always liked Deathwing, and what originally caught my attention was his design. You've portrayed him really well, and this is about as badass as I've ever seen him.

He was a challenge to do, I'll say that. Never did a dragon like him before.
Yeah, I wanted him to have this looming sort of evil. Not as flamboyant as the other images, but the subtlety just shows more of the evil than the boisterous version.

I do love the design of the Warcraft dragons... Deathwing is my favorite followed closely by Sandragosa. I love how you did his firey effect that's under his scales.

I LOVE this type of facial style on a Dragon, even if it does look like Jay Leno, and the aura from within his underplating was pulled off nicely, it looks like magma. I actually saw Deathwing on the cover of a gaming magazine recently, pretty awesome.

Well, his real name is Neltharion. So, that's not cheesy. However, the name Deathwing kinda fits considering how he blasted out of the mountain side with his wings creating a giant pyroclastic cloud as he flew, incinerating everything underneath them.

I like his real name better, it's much more serious and suits his Jay Leno-ness. C: .... *snort* So he's basically a living fantasy version of Krakatoa, that's interesting. 
I dunno if this would be a general place to ask, but remember when I asked if you would do a fictional crossover with me? I had prepared a storyline and whatnot, though the explanational playthrough is long. Though the basics of it was an inclusion of the Forerunners mainly two of them, it generally isn't stupid, depends on how one sees it, and all questions would be answered no problem since I know what I'd be doing. If you however don't have the time, I understand completely.

I agree about the dragon designs, though xD; Hate Alexstrasza but love Deathwing. Though the Netherdrakes aren't too bad...
I play WoW but I'm not the most addicted person in the world. I've played since Vanilla though, so I feel that I kind of have an obligation to keep playing D8 Plus I was gonna quit after Wrath... but then they showed the trailer and Deathwing is awesome... so yeah >.>;

Well, I did submit that thing to them. Dunno when they'll accept it or not. But here's hoping.
The images I've seen of Deathwing are alright, but they're always in brown color. So, I did my own thing and did him in blue light to make the fire stand out.
And yes, I hated Alex's designs. What is up with the chain on her chin and the huge horns?

Considering that usually it's anime elves and Sylvanas pinups that are usually submitted, yours probably shouldn't have an issue lol. I really like the blue lighting, it really does make everything stand out.
HATE the chain on her chin. It looks even more ridiculous than the beards the other dragons have -_- Seriously, the only dragon that should have a beard is Malygos, because it actually fits him as a character
I don't mind her horns as much, but I'm pretty sure they designed her elf form first because they actually fit on that form. At least she doesn't have elf ears like this poor thing: [link]

I'm a Starcraft fan, not a Warcraft fan, and I hate the look of the dragons there. But Deathwing is the exception.
