From the PS1 ? :3
I guess the first one was the best but the other twos were also fine for me.
Collecting things there were also great.
Two was also good because Spyro could learn some more tricks
and the third one was also fantastic. xD
I don't know, I like every three of them.^^

Ahh, of those three, the first is my all time favorite, just how everything was set up, I dunno, I loved it xD
Next would have to be the third, and then the second...I loved the levels in the third one more than second :3
