what went wrong?..did you use brushes with synthetic bristles?.. that'll kill it fast... this is my guess today anyway..

I can give you some tips if you like.. show me what you did! I'm interested.

hmm i dont know my brushes weren't that expensive not like a 100 dollar brush about 30 a brush. i dont know. the colors just faded really bad and i have really nice watercolors. Japanese watercolors. im taking watercolor 4 in school right now.

heheheh well my brushes only cost between 1 and 26 dollars each.. cost aignt important.. just material. softer is better.... the paint is mostly all the same.. I could paint with watered down pigeon shit and it'd still be alright...

try using dryer brushes?.. take most of the paint and water off before touching the rice paper.. depends what your doing sometimes it works better.. or you can jsut move faster with any amount of water and keep it on line.

I can show you everything I use if your interested..?

This is beatifully rendered. I quite like it. The ink works quite well with the soft colors...

I love the way you shade everything, but still have the beautiful black ink that has just good line quality.
