The composition is excellent, the overall feel and mood suits the image really well, as does the tint and vignette.
My only criticism is that the background behind the subject is much brighter than the model's face which I find a little distracting. I would have liked to have seen the model's face brighter as I feel this would make a strong image and remove the distraction of the background light.
