Very nice. The only real nit I have to pick with this map is that there seems to be a road/rail line to Cloudsdale. You know, the city made of, and literally at the altitude of, actual clouds.
Come to think of it, in "Tanks for the Memories" somepony said that Cloudsdale was approaching Ponyville, implying that Cloudsdale moves around. Perhaps the map should include the city's migration route?

According to the comics, the Changeling Kingdom is beyond the Badlands. Consequently, it wouldn't be on this map.
