Personality: Mosa tends to be very stone-cold and sinister looking most of the time, although in reality she's just got a very cool temper. She can be pretty jumpy when she's excited or nervous, but otherwise is chilling in the arctics or gliding after huge storms. She's interested in architecture and crafting, when she's not chasing storms or relaxing on the ice she'll be making little trinkets, carvings, or sketching out building designs.

History: From when she hatched to when she was about a year old, Mosa lived alone in a little nest settled high on a glacier. Her parents would come to drop food into the nest daily, this frequency decreasing as she got older, and the food finally stopped coming when she reached just over a year in age. Mosa was still too young to fly, but old enough to know that she would starve if she didn't leave the nest; so she climbed out of her former home and worked her way down the side of the glacier she'd lived on. Upon reaching the ground (+ a couple of cuts and bruises) she trekked out onto the ice, scavenging for food and spying on other dragons, eventually learning how to catch fish from her observations. She ended up learning how to fly much later than an average dragon, as she grew she'd attempt flying every now and then- by the time her wings were developed enough for flight she was pretty spooked by the fact that she was suddenly not falling.
Nowadays she lives in a cave carved out of a gigantic glacier near the sea, usually sticking to the arctics and only ever venturing farther south if she's following a particularly interesting storm or wants to eat something other than seafood.

Abilities: Being part lightning, she inherited the staggering speed lightning dragons carry along with the ability to transform into a bolt of lightning in order to get from place to place quickly. She can release electricity from any point in her body and can channel the energy for stronger attacks, most often she'll channel it all into her tail & whack things with it. Mosa has ice dragon genes in her as well, which allow her to manipulate ice and freeze things, including limb regeneration.

-Her teeth are long and only slightly curved, designed to puncture prey as opposed to ripping it to pieces.
-She doesn't have a "wing finger", the only claws she has are on her feet.
-Mosa's tail is pretty flexible and hard, a whip-like weapon which can inflict some damage even without being charged.

-Her nostrils are positioned on the top of her head rather than the end of her snout, just infront of her eyes. This aids with fishing.
-She likes to swim, but isn't very fast; her body is fairly streamlined but her tail is not shaped like a paddle, disallowing very speedy swimming, but she still tries.

-Heavily inspired by mosasaurs, which were gigantic ancient marine reptiles.
