Description
An entry for movie related fanart contest at velmadinkley dot com [link] (and won one of the prizes).The Sound of Music gets taken to the cleaners again! The background is a scan of the UK-release of the SoM DVD. Velma doesn't quite fit the space that Ms Andrews does, so a good deal of repair to the background was needed, even with a slightly taller than standard Velma. The sky is almost a complete repaint with fresh titling added.

Velma: "The hills are alive, with the sound of jin--" (Hill turns into a volcano and blows her away unharmed.) Hills: "Give it a rest, will you?! We're still waiting for a sequel to "Mary Poppins" before we'll consider somebody else doing a Julie Andrews remake!"
