Description
This was nothing really special. I was thinking of the cartoons Pon & Zi when I made this.[link]Their eyes kind of inspired Victor. Now, I'm not so sure if he's a character of mine that's going to stay, but I'll debate on that another time.
I used acrylic paint and some watercolor for Victor. The value didn't come out so well on his shirt. Sorry for the crappy folds
