The bad guys of my novel-still-in-progress, Realms and Remedies, because every fantasy novel needs a misunderstood villain or two.
Actually, Toredor isn't misunderstood; he's just mean.HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN SINCE I POSTED REALMS AND REMEDIES ART HOLY COW!?! Just so you know, it's still a thing. It's being edited--again and forever--but hopefully this is the last edit before the manuscript finally finds a home.
Anyway, in the meantime, have my thought process on making my baddy brothers look more awesome than they used to be.

Sinnie is the misunderstood one because he still remembers how to smile. ALSO, I just had a thought. Can Sinensis actually hug Toredor? Wouldn't he get rotted? Or does Toredor have to want something to get rotted for that power to work? Like, can he turn it off? I guess he must have to be able to or he wouldn't be able to pass as normal...

Kirkham is the Theatre/Sculpture building on the BYU-I campus. If I recall correctly I had to set a time to put silicone goop on a mold we were working on in sculpture class, and it had to be done at the same time for several days in a row, and 4:45 was the most convenient time to do it.
Toredor's magic works the same way all other Virii magic works--at will. The only magic he doesn't have control over is the linguistic thing Virii do.

I think Torry would look very stylish in fluffy pink Vega-dancer feathers. And maybe a rhinestone or two. He could make glittery stuff out of natural plant materials, I'm sure. Or maybe like... dragonfly wings or something. And you KNOW he would enjoy ripping the wings off dragonflies, or maybe small flying folk, to decorate his clothes with. He's that kind of a butthead.
Poor tiny Lars. you could put him in a teacup and he wouldn't be able to see over the edge.

True! That's why I went pointy with my characters. Though now I'm stuck trying to figure out how far away from human I want them to be. To swivel or not to swivel?

No. I'm working on both projects at the same time. I took a much-needed vacation so there'll be a double post this weekend for Freak Police...maybe, since I found out I have to go to work an extra day this week. Oh the joys of earning money vs. writing a free webcomic.
Realms and Remedies gets priority over Freak Police because it gets a better response online, and it's closer to being finished. I've noticed for all the work I put into the Freak Police pages, I might as well be drawing stick figures. The more effort I put into it, it seems fewer people actually look at it. Makes it kind of hard for me to want to post more pages, but I love the story so I shall continue to truck on, however slowly I may go.
