I like how you used appy Miku (appearance). She is cute and you used her as a small little girl. I like it. And the idea is good too. This picture looks very lovely for me.
About picture. Well, it is too shiny. Please, don not use SSAO, diffusion and SelfOverLay twice. It is making picture too shiny. Because of it I could not see that Kaito is holding ice cream. And maybe you can try to NOT use SSAO. And sometimes it would be good to use CheapLens. As for backround: It would be better to use PoweDOF, so we could focus on Kaito and Miku. But I like the idea that someone is sitting there. It would be strange if there was no one except Kaito and Miku.
I do not know what to say about posing, because I can hardly see it. But from what can I see, it looks good.

Sorry,I don't have to much effects mostly because I don't know were to find some of them.Im very surprised that you saw len but he's kinda of noticeable.I actually putted in chibi rin and chibi teto but you can hardly notice them because I pit them in a spot where you probably won't see.
