Wow! Would you mind telling me when to use all those pencils you listed? I usually use what ever pencil I find in my pencil case, or off the floor, and then draw on some paper from the dollar store. I would love to know how to broaden my horizon of tools.

I usually start with 3H then gradually pass by again on the softer pencils, ie 2B end 8B. Everything depends on the intensity of the value that you want to obtain.Β Β
