Oh Navi...When I first went into the Royal Family Tomb and saw the first room I was like o_o and expecting some crazy scary thing to pop up, only to figure out later that I had to kill some keese and move on. I was feeling pretty good thinking " Yea piece of cak OHMAIEFFINGOSHWHATTHEHELLISTHAT!?!" (freakin redead stops me). What a fool I was xDNowadays they don't scare me at all, and I actually find it funny to casually walk right in front of them (Yes you can totally do that in both the N64 and 3DS version since they're blind, for those who didn't know)
Gonna upload another Slice of life strip today so stay tuned for that followed by LWS sometime next week

True Story: This part of the game traumatized me as a kid.
After I opened the door and heard the moaning I knew things were gonna go bad... but as soon as that monster screamed and jumped on Links face, I ran away crying
Didn't touch Ocarina of Time for a full year after that.

I was kinda like that in the well when I was a kid. Didn't touch the game for about a month or 2 then finally worked up the nerve to get over it only to soon have to go through the shadow temple x_x

When I finally found out, years later, that they were completely blind, I was both amazed...and wanted to kick my own butt for running EVERYWHERE and not being able to realise that sooner. XD

The first time I got into the room, I was like, "Oh. There's a guy sitting there. I think I'm supposed to go talk to him! Then the "guy" stood up, so I was like, "Oh, it's a monster. I'll kill it!"
When the scream came, it took me by surprise and chex mix exploded everywhere out of the bowl in my lap because I jolted so violently.

I remember the first time I saw them... I would keep freezing, they'd jump on me, and the next thing I knew... I WAS JABBING THAT B BUTTON!!!

The first time I got into this room, I saw these figures making this creepy noise, and figured they were nothing.
But as I just ran over to make it through, the enemy music got louder as I got closer and then they made a scream that froze me, and then they latch on to me and started raping me!
I did not know what they were or how to break free, so they just killed me.
They did not frighten me that much at all, but they kept killing me before I could even react... But later I realised that they are fun to mess with (Especially in Majora's Mask, which I am playing as I write this)!
You can equip the iron boots, and you can just walk all around them without them hearing you! ^_^ Plus they are a great source of magic power!

LOL so true! I never understood why they can't hear the iron boots with all that clanking and stomping around but it makes it even funnier xD. Maybe they just see you with iron boots and think "Nah, it's too easy"

Ah Redeads, one of the scariest things in the Zelda series (aside from Dead hand and possibly Bongo Bongo.....though the later was only scary because it was freaking invisible!), though if this keeps up with your scaring tactics then I don't want to see what you have in store for Phantom Ganon and Ganondorf or his "Ganon" form....and let's not forget the Dead Hand appearance you could add in the story although wasn't the encounter with that guy more of an optional thing?
Anyways, continue the muse demands it!

Those fracking undead! They honestly scared the crap outta me! I couldn't move, I even had to pause the game for a bit and take a deep breath before I ran through the acid liquid to the other side of the room! Scariest thing of the game at that point!
