This request was made by my lovely friend Ggiirl64They asked a long time back if I could make two ice cream based ocs, based on the flavors Neapolitan and Cookies and Cream. (I didn't know of which age to place them, so I went with the range between 18-21. If you wish to change it, GG, you may do so.)

You think so? I didn't choose an exact age, but thought to go with an age ranging between teen and young adult.
