Requested by Azur750I drew his oc Ocean meeting Fizzy. She saw him alone by himself while she went on a walk and thought to greet him. But when remembering she had her popsicle, she thought it wouldn't be fair if he didn't get one, so Fizzy bought one to give to him. And soon, they meet and start talking. She was glad to brighten up his day in some small way.
Again, I am sorry if I got the colors of his outfit wrong, I hope you enjoy!
