This may not be a very well known thing, but Poison Ivy has been one of my favourite charcters since forever XD
For one reason or another I'd always put off making anything related to her, until I got this half burlesque-half historically inspired idea pop up in my mind while on a burlesque seminar and here we are...XXXXDDD

The dress is made of shade-shifting green taffeta with hand applied paillets, whilst the ivy is decorated with Swarovski's in different shades of green.
The trim comes from a lucky find in Guangzhou, where a wholesaler was selling leftover samples for extremely cheap and I got 15mt for 3€ XXD I think I'll never be lucky as this again XD I hand-applied green AB plastic gems on all the center design of the trim for some extra bling, you can never have too much bling in your life
The corset is derived from an historical stays pattern and is fully boned thoughout the shape.
I made the panier out of 3D rose fabric to keep up with the "plants" theme, I'll have to make a special deviation about it because I'm pretty happy with the result
The sleeves are made of crystal chanins, but they were so unconfortable IRL that I took them out. Yes, design failures FTW XXDD
