Your girl seems to have developed a new magic attack: blue fire. Of course, natural gas burns blue, but, as this is a magical fire, perhaps it is cold instead of hot.
After having seen the sketch yesterday it was quite dramatic when this picture showed up today. Really, I would have no idea how to go about creating this sort of effect.
