well, actually it was never mentioned about any Sephiroth's disease, but I love to think scenes never told in the original story.
Try to imagine Seph in his deep sorrow and pain when discovered the truth 'bout Jenova... it's not hard to me to feel some illness

That's an excellent touch you gave to good ol' Sephiroth. I'm guessing you wanted to portray a little background on him (as when he was discovering his past), or maybe i'm thinking too hard and you just wanted to draw Sephy like that because you felt like it. Either way, great technique, and an awesome and adequate portrayal of the character. Three and a half thumbs up!
