I finished this yesterday but felt lazy to put it up so here it is
The character is called Yi Shioon from the korean manga called The Breaker: New Waves
I love the manga and well I felt it deserves more recognition
I would do more from this series ^^
* I tried a different form of line-art with my tablet and used a different color scheme ^^ Thanks to for giving pointers
