"it will be beneficial to you" and then she puts down her husband. how is that beneficial? its obvious that she doesn't like males. you think she would have realized that wasn't the best thing to say in front of the wifey (savior of males...)

She's been a real crabby bitch in this comic, a shadow of her former self. It's been an interesting transition from a story standpoint but I don't particularly care for it. I'm hoping the real Amanda is in there somewhere.

Granted. But still consider it. Someone running for presidency requires a LOT. Namely finances and an edge over the competitors. These are simple facts and sometimes you can't be swayed by emotions if you are to reach a goal.

Getting involved with croked people can come back and bight you in the ass. Sure, they could try to create scandels to make you loose the election, but if you give into them then they can just as easaly try to black mail you into towing there line. Personally I think it's better to stick to your guns, as it were.

lol Well I was. XD As for the rest of it, I don't think he'd go that out of character on Amanda. The drinking, and stuff that she does now, is a little out of character for her, but with the weight of the world (literally) on her shoulders, it could drive a person to such extremes
