tbh the number one reason i dislike this art style of mine because i feel like i got too inspired by this artist and i feel bad i feel like i stole their style or something ;;; PEOPLE KEEP TELLING ME THE OPPOSITE I mean that its similar but its ok bc its still my style BUT AAAAAAAAAAAA i cry

As always, you're welcome ok I see what you mean...but hey, you and that artist, you're not the only ones who draw in that chibi style (I just call it that now, if that's ok - correct me if I'm mistaken) and there are many other artists out there who use the same style, albeit a little different. And yours is different as well - at least the way I see it. You draw outlines differently and also your colouring is way more expressive and colourful. Sure, this certain style uses key traits like big heads, big eyes, small bodies and so on. But I wouldn't worry to much about that, dear :3 We all get inspired by other artists and often we take some part of their style and use it in our own...most of the time we don't even realize it at first. I did that once too, but I gotta say it also helped me to find my own style, and now I don't need my 'inspirational artists' not anymore. And I certainly wouldn't call it stealing! I think you really worry too much, but if it really bothers you that much, maybe you could experiment a bit with your style? Trying out new things or shapes or such things?

Welp, sorry that got a bit long over here...and I'm sorry if this is just a load of bullshit I wrote, urgh >__> But as I said, I personally think your style is just fine, more than that, I love it! And really envy you for being able to draw so cute, goddammit
