I made this as a birthday present to my mother for her birthday (which was today!). I wanted to do something special for her, and she loves my fairy marker pieces, so...

I matted and framed the original and she's currently trying to decide where to hang it. XD;;

Summary:
The fairy's name is Eyelet and she loves to sew. She puts her heart into each stitch, but it's never appreciated. She meets an old woman that tells her a story that encourages her to keep trying, and she later collects all the discarded plushies the other fairies threw away and mends them.

Later when no one will come to her birthday party, the dolls go missing and she finally finds them near where she first met the old woman. The dolls came to live from her desire to find someone that appreciates the love she puts into sewing and they threw her a party. The other fairies find out what happened and they apologize for being mean to Eyelet.

It's a fairy tale with a happy ending.

...It uh, makes more sense if you read the story (maybe).
