This was made for a comic book competition earlier this year. This is a character illustration of Pazzle, Tempest's rival in the magical realm in my comic, To Catch a Human.She is one of my fav chars in the story. XD
The twins with her are Oulubell and Rurubell, and they're essentially Pazzle's entourage.
The magic effects were so much fun to color!

So colorful! Especially the jewels and magic swirls and shininess. She looks so spiffy!

I like to think of her hair as mermaid hair, because it's styled kind of like fins (since it's layered and piece-y) and the front part is like a whirlpool. XD
And then she has "shell-like" frills on her outfit.

Ahahahahaha!!! The design for the background...the super tall pink columns line up like that...it looks so awesome!!!! So grand and yet totally silly, I love it XDDD!
