the lack of iron sights at the barrel of it and that fact its barrel length is longer then the hand guard like its a CQC with a sniper lenght barrel

Look buddy, I don't know where you're getting this information from. But those are STANDARD A3 carbine length handguards, and a standard M4-profile 16" barrel. What would normally be considered "sniper" length is heavy contour 20"+.

I'm not usually the one to call people out, but the barrel length and profiles between the M16 and M4 are dramatically different, there are not many A3 versions in production, there is the M16A2 or M16A4 (current issue). Not to mention the standard M16 battle rifle has a 20" barrel, regardless of any proportionally issues.
If you were in boot, you either didn't learn anything or never became familiar.

I washed out after a spinal fracture due to a guy slipping on a rope exercise as for A3 its a typo I meant A2 have a broken wrist at the moment take a look at the number key and it tends to f--- up your typing skills when a hand is literally wrapped I'm not an idiot or liar
