Description
This is a little form of tribute to a film maker for whom I have a lot of respect. Woody Allen has just released his 35th movie... I consider his worst film really much better than the best film of... Arnold Schwarzenneger, for example (I could write a lot of people here, but they are too many).
It is the art of doing more with little money.

This is also the first time I realize such a sophisticated cartoon with a lot of details like that, in order to respect the Devious way of this site. It was very long to do but, as I like the result, I think there will be other ones...
