Hey y'all. I drew a bit of Oblivion fanart today! After walking home in the rain because my mom forgot to pick me up(LOL), I decided to doodle. I eventually started doodling Oblivion stuff, and then I drew my very first successful character, Street-water the Argonian. This is him. He crazy, and he's mainly the character I play in the Shivering Isles. Virtual cookie to whoever guesses the meaning of the birds! (Yes, those are birds. They are just blurry). I had quite a bit of fun colouring this, and I had some fun with the dodge tool to make the mist, too. The background was kind of half-assed, but it didn't turn out too bad after copious amounts of the blur tool.
