Description
This is a work in progress for my beginners 3D animations class. It's pretty blocky and looks unfinished, but that's only because the teacher hasn't taught us how to make it all detailed and refined. It is only a beginners class, and a six week course at that! If i had more time, i would love to make it as epically awesome as i could. for now... this is probably the best it'll get. I'll finish it up with his gun and give him an awesome pose when i finish it. If i can figure out how, i'll try and upload an animation too. if not... maybe it'll be my first video to youtube XDDDStar wars © George lucas.

Oh yeah, I took this class. It seems like you're going to be more liberal about posting things you make in this class than I was. I've got a few things up on the internet, but not much.

well we only made two things in the class. this is the second of two. so the rest i'll be making on my own XD

It was interesting, but challenging. I ended up making a 3D model of the "Blade Ship" an alien spacecraft from the Animorphs book series, plus an animation with a crudely-modeled person interacting with a miniature version of it.

Ha! That's a joke. The black texture of the Blade Ship was just shiny black. The imagemap for that guy I created is way less detailed than yours.
