Description This was taken at Landsend, in Cornwall, UK using a very sturdy tripod (it was blowing a gale up there!), quality ball head, RSS L plate and a Heliopan 6 stop ND filter.

Although this looks monochrome photograph, there's a very subtle split tone, magenta in the highlights and green in the darks. I though it suited this particular image a little more than a straight monochrome.

Canon EOS 5D Mark II, ef 24-70 / f2.8 L

very nice pic. but in my opinion, and it's just my opinion ,the sky and clouds seem off set in color from the rest of the pic.

Thanks bud, your comments are appreciate. Not everyone likes split tones, even very subtle ones like this.

Wonderful long exposure. I love it...simple and beautiful in black and white.
Great work, sir.

Thank you.
I was very fortunate with the light. The colour version is nice, but the suits this image better!
