Finally Done!. Created in Illustrator CS2 using the gradient mesh using ref.Hours and hours but a lot of fun, again a battle with the hair continues

That's Dope! Battle with the hair, damn you won, but getting those skin tones to come together is crazy. The size of the file must have been taxing on the computer.
After seeing thisβ¦I really need to do more work with the Mesh tool.

Took me a little bit to tell it wasn't a photo. My only notes would be that the fingers seem slightly short and that the shading where the cheek meets the nose is a little off. Truly amazing work though!

The hair is the only thing that gives this away a painting. From a distance she looks like a real woman.
