I find this a very strong image. The black background brings the model into full focus and the dark blue cat suit then brings the focus to the face.
Her pale face with strong blue lips and blue eyes really grabs me. The splash of magenta hair adds to the framing of the face.
I must admit to fetish leanings and this just works so well on many levels.
A fine collaboration between photographer and model.
