You've done a good job with shading from top to bottom. At first glance I thought the overall design was pretty good too, however, the way that his scarf flows in this pose coupled with how the cloth around his waist folds up because of his upraised right leg and the shading on his left arm(our right), I kept seeing that arm bent over his stomach rather than lowered toward his left hip to balance the other pokeball.
