I really like the colours, and the wall behind the model is definitely a very nice background. Can't quite figure out whether there are words or just figures, but it adds to the atmosphere for sure. Even the make-up of the model is in the same colourtone (roughly) as the background! The composition is interesting. I think I would have preferred to frame the eye of the model somewhat lower, but that may just be a matter of taste. Oh, and it feels like you focussed on her jacket, rather than on her face. A focus on the eye would have been nicer, I think. Even with a few pointers from my side, I do think this is a nice shot, and it shows you've put thought into it - which is always a good thing.

Thank you, I appreciate this a lot. It's very nice of you to give me your advice since I'm relatively new to photography. The background wall has got letters on it and a few other doodles of various people. I always liked that wall... About the focus, I wanted to capture the turns of the hair, but I admit, the eye would have been nicer.
