Hey everyone! The very first CackleQuill has arrived!! The amazing MischievousRaven and I worked on this design! If you haven’t yet, head on over to her page and give her some love! She creates some seriously awesome work! I worked the lines and she brought in the colors!This design is a hybrid between her closed species, QuillDogs, and my closed species, Cacklecanters! This QuillDog hybrid is not numbered or rated. The theme assigned to this hybrid is “Moonbeam Shadows.”

This rare hybrid was born during a blood moon, and legend states that the moon, overtaken by the evil crimson hues, cast down its good and pure light onto this hybrid’s fur. Whenever the world goes dark at night, such as the instance of a new moon, moonlight is said to hide here, within the fibers of this hybrid’s very being. It emanates its moonlight on the darkest of nights, aiding in keeping the tides within their seasons and migrating animals on the move. Its presence is subtle yet moving; it is an elusive and wise creature, who often traverses at night.
