Lol that's one of 9's most distinguishing features is his crooked smile. In the film, almost every time he smiles, his mouth will pull up in one corner. Its the cutest thing and a great little character trait.
Other character traits I've noticed is that all stitchpunks are ambidextrous but favor one hand (9 favors his left) and that 7 pushes her skullmet up like one would push hair behind the ear.

And I never exactly paid attention to 9's smile before. You might have to send me screenshots of his face when he's smiling.

Ha so funnily enough it was because I made a mention in a fanfiction couple of years ago that 9 is left-handed, but someone said I was wrong. So I re-watched the film and for some dumb reason, studied to see whether or not this character is left or right handed. I think that the stitchpunks being ambidextrous is most likely just an animation inconsistency, but it'd be a cool character trait of their kind.
