Awww Amy looks so happy and adorable ^^ Though her arms looks pretty short and stiff, maybe it would have been better to draw them more as if she would be swimming or draw them close to her body to make it look like she is dashing forward. I like how her hair is waving in the water and I like the plants on the bottom of the drawing :3 You could have added a shadow on the plants under Amy, because even underwater shadow can cast under objects, very cute drawing though x3
