i like all the subtle little changes between this and the lineart. like the moon. love what you finally did for clothes, love the little curlies at the ends of his hair, and i love that bird, its so prettyful!

Quite honestly, I love your style of artwork. It makes me think of some of the older styles that you might see etched into an old pretty box, or the like. And that's honestly not meant as an Insult. I lvoe that type of work. ^_^
PErsonally, the window makes the whole scene worth looking at. It just frames the picture in a way that normally, couldn't be done with a traditional four panel window.
Adn the tree, OMG: the tree is jsut awsome. It makes you feel the coolness that the night porbably is, with the lack of leaves an all.
Of course, my personal favorites of this picture are the bird (is that a peacock?) and those CLOUDS. I ENVY your clouds!
Unfourtuantly, for all the good, I'm afraid his propped leg kind of sticks out at me. It seems a little bit.. strange. Like maybe he's got it up too high, or it's not jionted correctly?
Arg, what a bad ending to commenting such a great peice of work. >_< But still, most definitly a plus fave for me.

the media is pantone tria markers for the base colors and then I went over and did detailing and texture with watercolors ^_^ thanks for the comment!

This is so bloody lovely, I could cry! The lineart and coloring techniques are remarkable, and the scenery is well-done too. The bird is a nice touch.
